We believed there was a better way... 

My husband played nine seasons in the NFL. To say he had a lot of health issues was an understatement. His pain was immobilizing, the health issues were abundant, and then we were told he had stage 4 esophageal cancer. With only a 5% chance to live, we opted for better odds.

After his successful outcome with the cancer, as  well as all his pain gone (for the first time since college ball), we knew our lives were forever changed for the better.
